What we can help with
- Corrections. If a number, a term or a description is wrong for your country, tell us which page and which line. This is the most useful message you can send.
- Calculator requests. If a cost category is missing from a calculator, describe it and we will consider adding it.
- Privacy and data questions. Requests relating to personal data are handled under our privacy policy.
- Advertising and partnerships. We are open to advertising enquiries. Commercial arrangements never influence the output of a calculator.
What we cannot help with
- Veterinary advice.We cannot comment on your pet's symptoms, medication, nutrition or treatment. Please contact your veterinary practice directly, or an emergency out-of-hours service if it is urgent.
- Insurance claims or quotes. We do not sell insurance and cannot give a quote, check a policy or comment on a claim. Contact your insurer or broker.
- Financial advice. The calculators are arithmetic tools and do not take account of your personal circumstances.
Response times
We aim to reply to messages that need a response within five working days. Correction reports are usually reviewed sooner, because accuracy matters more than anything else on a site full of numbers.
A note about this form
The contact form on this page performs validation in your browser and again on the server, and stores the message in our records. It is not yet connected to a transactional email service, so no email is sent to our team when you submit it. We will state clearly on this page when that changes.
